I am an experienced midwife, Neonatal Nurse, and counsellor with over 25 years therapeutic experience. My role as Neonatal health and wellbeing support counsellor involves offering support advice and appropriate signposting for parent’s families and staff on the Neonatal unit and community outreach service.
I offer a safe, confidential non-judgmental space to help you explore your thoughts and feelings at a time to suit your needs. I can assist you in overcoming issues and making appropriate changes. I listen empathically and encourage you to understand yourself better and find ways to cope with and resolve problems.
Many of us experience periods of difficulty at times and life does not always go the way we hoped, certain life events can undoubtedly cause a feeling of helplessness, anxiety and confusion.
