In this 35 minutes session we were joined by Working Families. Working Families is the UK’s national charity for working parents and carers. Their mission is to remove the barriers that people with caring responsibilities face in the workplace.

During this session we looked at rights for parents and carers providing an overview of rights for flexible working and the rights of parents and carers of dependents with a disability.

We are offering payment options for our families – the standard cost to attend this session is £5, but we are offering some places at £2.50 for those who are able to contribute but not at the full rate and for anyone for whom finances would prohibit them attending, we are pleased to be able to offer a number of places at no charge. We do not require any evidence of income; we are a parent-led charity, and we trust our families.
