Raffle terms and conditions – George and the Dragons book raffle
This raffle is promoted by Down Syndrome UK (registered charity number 1184564), registered as a Small Society Lottery with London.
Registered address: 483 Green Lanes, LONDON, N13 4BSThe raffle is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 or over. Proof of age may be requested. Entries from anyone under 16 will be void.
Raffle tickets cost £3 per entry. All tickets are sold at the same price. Payment must be made in full at the time of entry.
Entries open on 00:00 5th January 2026 and close at 12:00 on 19th January 2026. Any entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.
Three winners will each receive one personalised, signed copy of George and the Dragons: Lava Goes Wild! by George Webster.
The draw will take place on 20th January 2026. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Down Syndrome UK reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
Personalisation of books will be arranged after the draw. Reasonable guidance may be given on personalisation requests.
Down Syndrome UK will use entrant data solely for the purposes of administering the raffle, unless separate consent has been given for marketing communications. Data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
By entering the raffle, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Down Syndrome UK reserves the right to cancel or amend the raffle if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
