Take on the Inflatable 5k and support people with Down syndrome and their families across the UK. Packed with giant inflatable obstacles, this fun run is all about getting active, having a laugh, and fundraising together.
With events taking place at locations across the UK, the Inflatable 5k is suitable for a wide range of ages and abilities. You can choose a date that works for you, set up your fundraising page, and enjoy a challenge that’s as enjoyable as it is meaningful.

- Registration fee: £25 (non-refundable)
- Minimum Fundraising target: £100
- How far? Various distances available, 2.5K, 5K, 10K, 15K
