London Landmarks Half Marathon 2027

On 4 April 2027, thousands of runners will take to the streets of London for the London Landmarks Half Marathon (LLHM) - one of the most scenic 13.1-mile routes in the country, weaving past some of the city's most iconic sights.

We have a limited number of charity places available, and we’d love you to join our team. By running for Down Syndrome UK (DSUK), you’ll be helping us reach more families at the moments that matter most – from the earliest days of a diagnosis, through education and into adulthood.

  • Date: Sunday 4th April 2027
  • Minimum fundraising target: £350
  • Where? Central London
  • How far? 13.1 miles!

The London Landmarks Half Marathon is a closed road, central London run and is the only half marathon to go through both the City of London and City of Westminster. The event is not your average half marathon! From cultural landmarks and heritage to the city’s quirky and hidden secrets, runners get to explore the capital on a route like no other!

Testimonial

When I received the email from PADS about places at the London Landmarks Half Marathon I immediately knew it was something I wanted to do. We received a postnatal diagnosis for our wonderful boy Roman and were left with all the shock, unknowns and fear that comes along with it. I will never forget one of the nurses handing me a flyer and saying “don’t google, just look here”. It was a flyer for PADS and I spent the next three days in hospital reading through positive stories from people just like me with babies just like mine, which made everything we were going through feel “normal” and manageable. The peer support, the education, the trainings, the programmes, everything PADS has to offer has been crucial in making our journey with Ro so positive so far. So when the opportunity arrived I knew I wanted to give back and hopefully help make an impact on another family’s life, just how PADS has impacted ours
