21 Challenge

The 21 Challenge is a simple way to celebrate and individuals with Down syndrome while raising funds and awareness.

The date – 21 March – represents the three copies of chromosome 21 that cause Down syndrome. The 21 Challenge invites you to use the number 21 in a way that works for you, whether that’s moving more, setting yourself a personal goal or fundraising with friends and family.
